This form contains treatment program information detailing the number of admissions for drug and alcohol treatment and the characteristics of persons admitted for treatment for drug and alcohol abuse at the state, county, city and zip code levels. The source for these data is RAND California, based on California Alcohol and Drug Data System (CADDS) from the Department of Alcohol and Drug Data Programs.
