Non-residential Vacancy Rates in California

According to the source, updates are delayed until further notice.

RAND California Non-residential Vacancy Rates contains office vacancy rates for the U.S., California, and California metropolitan areas. (Note, "metropolitan" refers to downtown and suburban areas, not MSAs). The source for these data (except the California average, which is generated by RAND California) is CB Richard Ellis. See RAND California Non-Residential Vacancy Statistics Background for additional information on data sources and methodology. Please note that not all categories are available for all areas.

Beginning 2009 in conjunction with CBRE's rebranding, figures are now calculated from a different data set for the U.S. Average.
