Nov. 2002: The data provider for this RAND California database has indicated that they will cease publishing housing price and foreclosure data with the Dec. 2002 time period. The number of transactions, sales prices and dimensions of residential housing are reported below. Data are available for most California counties, cities and zip codes by housing category. The prices found on this form reflect new homes plus resale. The source is the California Association of Realtors.
