1990 Census Statistics
This database contains the age, ethnicity, income, housing type, education, and commute time of census responders. The data are reported for California, counties, CDPs (census designated places), and cities. The US Bureau of the Census defines census designated places (CDPs) as closely settled, named, unincorporated communities that generally contain a mixture of residential, commercial, and retail areas similar to those found in incorporated places of similar sizes. The source for these data is the 1990 Census, US Bureau of the Census.
Census 2000 State Summary Statistics and Census 2000 Local Summary Statistics are also now available.
